I LOVE Sonic Ice....but the ice machine is always broken. O literally will buy a bag of ice daily or every other day. However for the last few days I haven't been able too. This happens more times then I would like. But service here is always friendly!

Very fast service and not far off I-30. My order has always been correct and never had a mix up. The staff is always friendly and greets with a smile and always asks if I want my receipt. One of the good Sonic restaurants in Bowie County.

My daughter’s food is always correct and she enjoys it. Grilled cheese and fries. However every time I decide to order something is always incorrect. I’ll start checking my order ever time from now on. I usually let it slide because I’m in the restaurant business. But no more. I always do my best to make sure my guests get exactly what they need and repeat their orders back. But when it’s to go there not much to do to fix it right away. I did call and I have a sandwich waiting on the house. That’s nice and all but an apology would have gone a long way. Customer service could be better.

REAL REVIEW! Okay, I'm not sure who the heck made my food on 07/23/24, but let me tell you it was the BEST Sonic experience I have ever had, and I was practically raised in a Sonic! My family opened Sonic restaurants all over the US when I was little. When I yell you the chili cheese tots were absolutely made with love! Super cheesy and not lacking on chili. The iced coffee I ordered was amazing, and not just "milk" tasting like normal. Also, Magic... she was prompt with bringing out the order and very happy and upbeat. She was delightful! Again, it was the best sonic experience in a long time!

Placed order,. Grabbed the correct change. Turned music up. Didn't get all the way through the first song when guess what I got my order and it was correct and hot. Completed with a smile thank you and hope you enjoy. I was proud to tip this server and excited to leave this review.
